1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Your Wellbeing Matters (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Your Wellbeing Matters is a comprehensive digital wellness platform providing tools for self-care, mood tracking, stress management, sleep improvement, nutrition guidance, fitness tracking, women’s health, and AI-assisted wellness conversations.

This platform is NOT a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental health care. Content provided by Aria (our AI wellness companion) is informational and supportive in nature only. Nutrition and fitness information is for general guidance only — consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. 3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium features require a paid subscription (₹149/quarter or ₹499/year for India; $4/month or $39/year internationally).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International).
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its AI systems.
- Share your account credentials with others.
6. AI Wellness Companion (Aria)
Aria is an AI-powered wellness assistant trained on evidence-based wellness practices. Please note:
- Aria's responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete.
- Conversations with Aria are stored to improve the product and provide continuity of service.
- Do not share sensitive personal medical information you would not want stored.
- Aria is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or crisis counsellor.
7. AI Food Snap Feature
The Food Snap feature uses AI-powered image recognition (via OpenAI) to estimate the nutritional content of food in photos you submit. Please note:
- Nutritional estimates are approximate and should not be used for medical or clinical dietary decisions.
- By submitting a food photo, you consent to that image being sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Images are not stored beyond the analysis response.
- The platform is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated nutritional data.
- If you have a medical condition requiring precise nutritional tracking, please consult a registered dietitian.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
- Use the Delete Account option under Profile → Settings.
- Alternatively, email support@yourwellbeingmatters.in with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
- Deletion is irreversible. Any active premium subscription will not be refunded pro-rata; please review our Refund Policy before requesting deletion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including text, graphics, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Your Wellbeing Matters and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Wellbeing Matters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
