- Include your registered email address and payment date.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Only one refund is permitted per account.
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the 7-day window.
- If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
